The life of the University is made up of scientific productions and conferences. With this in mind, "Les Annales de l'ISC-L" is a journal that brings together the scientific research of teachers and researchers at the Institut Sup rieur de Commerce de Lodja, who are accustomed to a culture of "research" and "publication" of their intellectual works that respects the standards of scientificity. This issue, Sp cial de 2024, proposes the promotion of active pedagogy to facilitate the teaching and learning process, while at the same time tackling a number of socio-political, technical and economic aspects to contribute to the emergence of a new dynamic, multi-sector development model that would serve as a basis for all social strata.
