Selected into a highly secret Government organization to operate highly advanced Reconnaisance robots, Tinker Taylor soon finds himself the fall guy for the destruction of the organization. Pursued by one of their own advanced robots, Taylor and the scant remains of his outfit constantly try to outguess and catch up with their unknown traitor.
