An Insectimal Desert Rock N' Roll Band

Some of the wonderful wildlife that lives in our beautiful desert is birds, coyotes, javelinas, snakes, bugs, frogs and toads, and tortoises, and many other desert critters. Living in the desert these critters already have a hard life because of the desert heat, not much water, and a hard time finding food. Added to the heat, and lack of water and food, now human beings have moved into the natural desert habitats of these animals and insects through recreational activities, and building new houses. Sadly, this has taken away even more of their desert home.

HELLO: Parents, teachers and families and friends of all children, ages 3 to 6 years old. These books thoughtfully written by Anita Tendick, most of them in ear tickling rhyme, and beautifully illustrated by Sophia Patch, all have a positive message for little human beings. Some are about anti-bullying, some are about helping someone in need, some are about sharing. All of the books are followed by FACTS and ACTIVITIES to teach and challenge young minds.
