American Companion

This book is a compilation of America's founding documents, including the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and all of the Amendments, as well as Common Sense by Thomas Paine and selected articles from The Federalist Papers. The documents were originally written by Founding Fathers and other Revolutionary War-era figures including Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and Thomas Paine. The works have been carefully edited for readability in this compilation, which includes updated spellings and mechanics.
