Always Look Up

'Always Look Up' is a children's book intended to promote a positive mindset, as well as the skills to self-regulate through difficult emotions, including naming those emotions. Through deep breathing and exposure to nature, the idea is to calm the body and mind. My hope is to inspire children (and adults) to spend more time in nature, appreciating the beauty and healing it can provide. There are also other breathing techniques available at the end of the book.
