Sylvie has been taken She's a prisoner somewhere in the Havens, possibly in her own father's home, and Simon is determined to get her back. But to do that, he'll need help. He recruits a team of shadow mercenaries, men who specialize in high-risk operations and anonymity. With help from Kermal Brackenfield and the Cabal of Orc Clans, they find and rescue Sylvie but at a high cost.
