Corruption in government procurements contracts is widespread, and despite significant budget allocations, hospitals often lack essential medicines, leading to preventable deaths. The economic disparity continues to widen, with the poor struggling to survive while the rich grow wealthier each year. Many countries lack directives to address the gap between the rich and poor.
