Altering Events

Altering Events is a science fiction novel that tells the story of scientists who perfect a method of time travel. They dedicate themselves to using this ability to research the past and save people from disasters. But their primary goal is to insure the future existence of humanity. The challenges they must overcome include learning what is and is not possible with time travel, learning from their mistakes and dealing with encounters with other lifeforms. But they find that they are repeatedly forced to protect themselves from being controlled by and even attacked by the mankind they are committed to help. Then, when the greatest potential annihilation scenario looms, and time travel cannot be the solution to the problem, they must come up with a different plan to save our species.
