Work had always been top priority for Andy, he didn't become the President's right-hand man through simple luck. As Chief of Staff, he'd been instrumental in designing and implementing the new androids laws which had formed a core part of President Wahela's election campaign. Unfortunately for him, the very laws he'd helped create worked against him when his true nature was revealed.
