Jake kisses his girlfriend, Caitland, goodbye at her departure gate in Sky Harbor International Airport. An active shooter enters, and Jake's best friend, an airline pilot, is shot. Dr. Mackenzy Graham, a forensic psychologist, specializes in serial killers. She wants to be one. Mackenzy visits her serial killer father in Broadmoor, a high-security psychiatric hospital in London. Caitland hosts a party for her A-list clients in Malibu. After the party, she is alone in the house. The West Koast Killer waits for her in the dark.
