This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Ad-Hoc Networks and Wireless, ADHOC-NOW 2007, held in Morelia, Mexico, in September 2007. The 21 revised full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 50 submissions.
