Achilles has been running from prophecy his entire life. Now, his inevitable death has caught up to him.

Achilles knows that the final thread of his life has stretched between the Fates shears when a conscription notice turns up at his doorstep. Though blessed with immortality, his prophesized death terrifies him.

As he tries to escape his destiny to protect his husband, Patroclus, gods appear around every turn to remind him of what is coming and Achilles knows he must face his worst enemy: mortality.
