Accelerating Thailand's E-Mobility Transition

This publication outlines a policy assessment and action plan to advance a sustainable, low-carbon transport sector in Thailand.

It reviews the current e-mobility landscape, identifies gaps and opportunities, benchmarks global progress, and offers evidence-based recommendations for policy and infrastructure. It aims to connect policy with investment to mobilize private capital, strengthen coordination, and create new opportunities for Thai businesses and workers in the growing regional e-mobility market. The publication was developed in partnership with the Ministry of Transport and the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning, and with the ASEAN Catalytic Green Finance Facility (ACGF).
