A Study of Mental Health and Job Satisfaction

Mental Health of Madrasa teachers is directly related to their total personality including job satisfaction and teaching effectiveness. The better the level of mental health of Madrasa teachers the better will be their total personality. Poor mental health of teachers has an adverse effect directly as well as indirectly on the development of learner"s personality. So, it can be judged that mental health of madrasa teachers is obligatory, both for their well-being and effectiveness and quality in developing teaching learning process in general and for all round development of students in particular.
