"A Reprieve Plan for Our Ailing/Failing Roads and Bridges", is a plan that could give our roads and bridges a little more useful life. This added time is much needed to arrange financing and do the needed repairs and rebuilding. This is not a re-construction plan, but rather a reprieve plan for some of our roads and bridges currently under a 'death sentence' unless some changes are made. These changes could be implemented with little or no cost to our government.
