The country of origin of yoga is undoubtedly India. Where for many hundred of years it has been a part of man's activities directed towards higher spatial achievement. Yet when we want to find a clear definition or a general description of yoga, the Indian texts do not help us directly. Though there are many hundreds of renowned yogis, thousands of books on yoga, still yoga has not been properly defined.
