30 Day TPM Action Log

This form is used to set out the actions to be taken over the 30 days following the completion of a TPM workshop. This form tracks identified TPM issues that could not be completed upon discovery during the workshop. The TPM Action Log describes the activities, assigns the person responsible for completion, and provides possible solutions. Using this form assists in the continuance of a sustainable TPM program.
