The most real component of the book is Part 1, which is dedicated to the truest person in his life: his late wife. The fictional component increases later to reach its peak in the stories. The stories range from a dust storm in the desert to meeting natives in Marrakesh to political events in South America. They also refer to family festivities spent abroad, and to important decisions that determine the course of one person life.
