West Pullman and Stewart Ridge

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Early in 1892 this property was subdivided, and the work of development begun. The higher and wooded portion above referred to, and lying east of Butler street, was set aside exclusively for the finer class of residences. This part now constitutes Stewart Ridge, and fur ther account of its advantages as a residence suburb, together with views of its streets and the homes there located, will be found in the later pages of this pamphlet.
