Productivity of Commercial Banks In India

The present work is done with the target to study the trends of bank productivity, the effect of liberalization on productivity of commercial banks, relationship among various factors of periodicity such as: number of employees, total business, return on investment and other factors and to examine the relative productivity of scheduled commercial banks. The data was collected for the period 1980 to 2001. For the purposes of analysis of date, a number of statistical techniques have been used in this study.
