This two-volume set LNICST 631 & 632 constitutes the proceedings of the Third Pan-African Conference on Pan-African Intelligence and Smart Systems, PAAISS 2024, which was held in Durban, South Africa, during December 4–6, 2024.The 39 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 103 submissions.
