LABORATORY MANUAL FOR A MINI PROJECT

The lab manual for a mini-project is intended for use by MSc level students at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The manual is designed to help students plan and execute a mini-project, which is a required component of their academic curriculum in their final year. The lab manual will include four important experiments covering microbial growth on selected substrates, followed by DNA analysis and protein analysis by SDS-electrophoresis of bacterial growth in the selected medium. This book will serve as a basic guide for students.
