This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Economics of Grids, Clouds, Systems, and Services, GECON 2020, held in Izola, Slovenia, in September 2020. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually by the University of Ljubljana. The 11 full papers and 9 short papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 40 submissions.
