"e;THE CUSTOMER IS THE PLANET"e; is a blend of inspiration and education. Based on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards, it aims to equip changemakers in business with the knowledge to make better choices; educate and entice others to become changemakers; empower individuals in companies who want to be changemakers to know what to do to make better (more sustainable) choices for their organisations, as individuals, in their employee groups, in their operations and supply chains, and for their customers and products. It explains the why, what, so what, of the problem or opportunity in each key area of sustainability; followed by deep expertise, knowledge and guidance that grows awareness, increases desire to change, and equips the reader to take action, measure, report and improve.
