Leviathan is back, and his shenanigans have taken him to Sin City itselfthe notorious Las Vegas, Nevada. As he settles into a quiet suburban community to continue his chronicles, he has learned that he cannot just walk out into the magnificent city and explore. He has a new task to accomplish: destroying his worst enemya tyrant, just like him! With his enemys reinforcements closing in, Leviathan decides to accept the help of the two individuals he holds the closest to his heart. Will this deadly fiend destroy the albino tyrant once and for all, or will Leviathan prove that he can come out of Las Vegas unscathed?
