Big Data and Social Computing

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th China National Conference on Big Data and Social Computing, BDSC 2024, held in Harbin, China, during August 8-10, 2024.The 28 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 141 submissions.
