The Question, WHY you should Exercise has been answer in this small book. I think that should support your belief that you know the reason or reasons. Now, everything else should be simple. I don''t want to say easy because it is not. Speaking to those who are not, it''s going to take some drive within you. But you can do it. I believe in you. Don''t be reluctant to ask for support. All you have to do is ask and keep asking until you got support from your fellowmen and women. To those who need just a little push, this book will do that and let it be.
