Author Anita Wilson says she penned this body work to help women and men flush out negative words, thoughts and limiting beliefs and move from brokenness to wholeness. Wilson is on a mission who believe they have a unique calling in their life to strive to reach their full potential to fulfill their purpose. Wilson says, "You can use all of your trials and tribulations as stepping stones to rise above them."
