World War I (1914-1918) in the Classroom

The book aims to present suggestions on the work in the classroom through the use of images, with a view to teaching history and with emphasis on the discussions concerning the First World War (1914-1918), or the Great War, as it was called in the period.For this purpose, a set of documents composed of French and German postcards from that period is discussed, in order to provide elements to help teachers in the discussion of the theme.
