Winning Management Buy-in: Convincing the King that He is Not Invincible to Dragons

How do we as professional engineers and scientists plead our case to vice presidents, senior management, and stakeholders that issues like cybersecurity are real and imminent dangers - "convince the king that he is not invisible to dragons?" Our text will make use of real world examples from senior management decisions, and we will reinforce these examples with Cognitive Biases, Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, Decision Making, Social Engineering tools, tricks, and tips.
