Mya Lightwood is a young nurse with a great career, great friends - and some emotional baggage. Her father walked out of her life when she was eighteen while her narcissist mother finds solace in alcohol, drugs, and other men. Six years later, Mya is finally picking up the pieces of her shattered youth, and she thinks she's almost done...that is, until she finds cryptic, anonymous note in her mailbox. Soon, Mya finds herself on a mysterious adventure with an attractive stranger, beginning in her home state of Indiana and taking her all the way to the mountains of Montana.
