Vocational and professional guidance

This work seeks to stimulate debate through empirical studies on the contours of the process of vocational and professional guidance, talent development, and transition to active and professional life in Mozambique, through a specific analysis of cases in the city of Beira, Sofala Province, in the central region of the country. Furthermore, it is the result of an effort whose objective was to bring together the main perceptions of students, teachers, and school administrators on the challenges of the vocational and professional guidance process in secondary and higher education institutions operating in the city of Beira.
