Scott Maxwell is a small-town Canadian cop. A rash of muggings spreads through Belleville and he's walking the beat. As the victims increase, he finds himself caught up in a conspiracy between a group of terrorists ready to unleash horrific bio-engineered plagues onto the world and the secret soceity dedicated to stopping them.Eventually, Scott accompanies the Wardens into action to strike at the Engineered in their base of operations.
