Reading Jaya Jadwani's works, one is stunned by her boldness, delighted by her wit and deeply, deeply moved with her sensitive probing of the woman's universe. Her plots often transcend the mundane, burrowing instead into the psyche of the characters involved, thereby enlarging the scope of her fiction.
