Urban Designer

The Urban Designer Passbook(R) prepares you for your test by allowing you to take practice exams in the subjects you need to study. It provides hundreds of questions and answers in the areas that will likely be covered on your upcoming exam, including but not limited to: urban design concepts and methods of implementation, including urban renewal design controls, special zoning districts, design review procedures, and site selection criteria; architectural design concepts, including knowledge of characteristics of various building types; knowledge of government and functions, codes and regulations that affect urban design (including zoning and mapping), and role of community in planning and urban design decisions; supervisory and administrative skills including assigning and supervising portions of work programs; and other related areas.
