In this book you will read my fast paced lifestyle,different jails, prisons and halfway houses I was in,my criminal history, institutional charges, segregationplacements, and contraband seizure (e.g. knives andbody armours I made). I was the head guy whereverI was, and was swarmed three times by other inmatesin Maplehurst Jail in Milton, Ontario Canada. For thepast twelve years I have been locked up and have onlyspent three months in the community on my own outof those twelve years. Why I decided to change my lifeand how I did it? Its a true story.
