Unnecessary Sense of Responsibility

When people join a company, they do so with great enthusiasm. This is especially true for those entering at the mid-management level or higher, where the weight of responsibility often outweighs their dreams. However, just as they prepare to turn that sense of responsibility into reality, they often encounter numerous challenges—and sometimes even feel disappointed.
