Tutoring as a strategy against high school dropouts

School dropout in Mexico is very high at the high school level due to multiple factors, so it is important to implement actions that support the reversal of this indicator. This text shows the follow-up and the results obtained from the tutoring program, it is pointed out that the results obtained depend to a great extent on an adequate selection of the profile of the teacher who will be in charge of the individual and group tutoring, parents and students themselves and the adequate planning for the operation of these, without a doubt tutoring is a very important alternative to reduce school dropout as evidenced in this study.
