Town Field Day

This is the fourth book in Joey's adventures. Every country town has a Field Day or Agricultural Show. Today it is happening in Joey s town. Joey s mum is in the cooking competition. His dad is in the woodchop competitions, with Joey s Uncle Jim. Joey and his mates are checking out the side shows, and eating yummy hotdogs on sticks. Joey s cousin Maxie is also with the boys. After watching the working dogs rounding up sheep in a competition, Joey decides he wants a dog. But how will he convince his mum and dad?
