Tile Patterns

A tile pattern is a simple pattern that forms a larger pattern when "tiled." I came up with the term because I envisioned each simple pattern being imprinted on a tile, and the tiles laid out on a floor to create the larger pattern.

This is intended primarily as a picture book - something pretty to look at. I have included some technical explanations for those who might be interested.
