The wizard of Oz (+cd)

This Piano accompaniment book is part of the Wizard of Oz 70th Anniversary instrumental series for wind instruments: Flute, Clarinet, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Trumpet, Horn In F and Trombone.

It includes a specially designed Piano accompaniment that can be easily played by a teacher or intermediate Piano student. The instrumental solo part, in concert pitch, is added above the Piano part so the accompanist or teacher can follow the soloist. A CD, which features live demonstration performances of various instrument tracks from throughout the series, has also been included.

The wind instrument arrangements in this series are fully compatible with each other and can be played together or as solos. The string instrument books for Violin, Viola and Cello are, however, not compatible with the wind arrangements due to level considerations regarding keys and instrument ranges. The strings books each come with their own Piano accompaniment.
