The Tower Apartments: Drug Cartel

In 1927 The Tower Apartments was built in Miami's South Beach district. The deco building was bought, refurbished, and resold as co-operative apartments in 1980. South Beach isn't a melting pot of creamy pea soup like the rest of the United States. It's a chunky concoction of flavorful stew. The Tower isn't any different. It's home to artists, hippies, cops, painters, models, doctors, drug addicts, alcoholics, retirees, and twelve different nationalities. Mike Murphy is an original owner and served on The Tower's Board of Directors for many years. Mike Murphy is The Tower Apartments. Mike conducts his own private investigation when unexplained activity takes place at The Tower and learns more than is healthy for him. Fortunately, the police use his findings to bring the guilty to justice.
