The Suspension Penalty

The suspension of the execution of prison sentences has arisen as part of the movement to combat short-term prison sentences. This movement was based on several fundamentals, whose goodness and adequacy are critically analyzed throughout this book.Theoretically, it cannot be ruled out that the introduction of an institute to suspend the execution of a fine imposed on legal persons is admissible, for the same reasons as for the institute to suspend the execution of a prison sentence.Given the scepticism of the community at the suspension of the enforcement of accessory driving disqualifications and driving disqualifications, the courts have played a good role in monitoring the use of this figure, and it does not seem necessary to change the system in force except for the part concerning the revocation of the suspension.
