The Sanction as an Adolescent in the Adult Criminal Process

It is no secret that in our society there is the unfortunate phenomenon of juvenile delinquency, and although the total number of these is insignificant in relation to the crimes committed by adults, it is evident that the system of citizen security that prevails in our country gives it an exaggerated attention which explains its excessive exposure in the media, but it is still a relevant phenomenon for the litigants of the penal system when the accused has sanctions to his credit as a minor.
