The Resilient Therapist

The general content of the book is to defineAPEs, illustrate each of these events and the impact they may have on therapists, and provide coping strategies to heal. We provide examples of eachAPE and (redacted) stories provided by our colleagues who have been brave and vulnerable enough to share. The objective istoprovidelanguagetodiscussstressfuleventsthatoccurinatherapist’scareer as well as within a community to show them they are not alone and can heal.
