The Polk Street Review 2026

The Polk Street Review (TPSR) is Community - Education - Arts' unique annual creative anthology. The book series is an Indiana-based project with an international status, that includes original prose, poetry, song lyrics, and artwork images from creatives all over the world. Community - Education - Arts Press is a division of Community - Education - Arts, Inc. (CEArts), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts organization based in Noblesville, Indiana. CEArts is the home of diverse arts opportunities, including Noblesville Interdisciplinary Creativity Expo (NICE) and The Polk Street Review. Projects support community interest and involvement by seeking global participation and submissions from all kinds of creatives with all levels of experience from amateur to professional.
