1969, New Delhi... Childhood best friends and next-door neighbours, Veer and Rashika study and play together every day. They don’t spend a waking moment apart but are separated when their politician fathers start competing in rival camps. Years later, they land in the same college and rediscover their lost bond. With each run in, and banter, they find it hard to stay away from each other. But when the national Emergency is imposed, what comes first, love or family?
