Dr. Peter Fritz Walter is an international lawyer and legal researcher from Germany, specialized on the Law of Evidence as applied in American District Courts in cases that involve the claim of foreign sovereign immunity. After his graduation as a law practitioner from Saarland University in Germany, he acquired a Master's degree (L.L.M.) in European Integration from the European Institute of Saarland University in 1982, and a Doctor of Law title from the University of Geneva, in 1987. In 2004, Dr. Walter retired as a writer, researcher, producer and content provider in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and publishes via his Delaware company, Sirius-C Media Galaxy LLC, which he founded in April 1998. Dr. Walter's special mission is to produce media for college students in the fields of law, motivation, career consulting, self-development, personal power, and counseling. The present guide presents all the essential knowledge for the law school beginner in the field of civil procedure and the law of evidence both in Great Britain and the United States. The book was revised, updated and reformatted in 2017 by the author.
