The two youngest Smith children; Andrew and Carol Anne have been at each other's throats for several years now. As they get older,however, they find themselves relying on each other for their own amusement and though they still have their fights, with Carol Anne now realizing that she can stand up for herself, little Andrew finds that he has to learn that Carol Anne can give as good as she gets and that he has to treat his little sister as his equal and that's not all that's changing in their lives when their father gets a once-in-a-lifetime promotion but in order to accept,he has to move the family to the Cincinnati,Ohio area.
