Guru Nanak is one of the most well-known saints of India who lived in the 15th Century.His teachings are recorded in the Holy Scripture Guru Granth Sahib.The entire teachings are condensed in the 1st mantra known as the Mool Mantra.Most of the interpretations of this mantra tend to suggest a dualistic view of the Absolute Reality even though the first three words set the record straight. In fact, the Mool Mantra begins not with a word but with the number 1.
